Nil began her career as a corporate lawyer at Cleary Gottlieb in New York after graduating from NYU School of Law. She later transitioned to McKinsey in Brussels, gaining strategic expertise. Her passion for sustainability led her to the restaurant and sustainable food sector in NYC for seven years.
In 2015, Nil joined Easyfairs, focusing on venue management and event operational efficiency. Since 2021, she has held the role of Chief Sustainability and Customer Experience Officer, driving Easyfairs' ESG strategy.
